Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company based near Philadelphia, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Project Manager to our team.

As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. As a Project Manager for Pro Signs, you will be managing multiple branding/signage projects from the initial sale through production, installation, and close-out. You will communicate with customers and respond to inquiries regarding both products and services. A Pro Signs Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing all milestones throughout the entire lifespan of assigned projects, while consistently communicating with the clients, and the Department Director.

You will coordinate the status of projects through the appropriate departments including Design, Permitting, Engineering, Estimating and Installation. The Project Manager also serves as the interface with subcontracted installers, vendors and service providers to ensure projects are completed and installed as planned.

Applicant must be experienced in Project Management, customer service, and overseeing multiple projects and or clients at one time.

Position Summary

A Digital Print Technician is responsible for the daily production of printed materials using large format equipment. This would include being hands-on with printing equipment, understanding graphic design elements and being able to run the production software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing equipment for printing, including loading materials, inks, maintenance, etc.
• Loading files into the printing software (Onyx & Fiery) and preparing them for printing.
• Operating printing equipment.
• Finishing prints-including using a laminator, vinyl cutter, and setting up files for a CNC router.
• Weeding, masking, and vinyl application.
• Understanding of color management.
• Helping to organize and package completed projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Interest in working in the digital printing and large format graphics industry.
• Pre-press and the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time efficiently.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials.

As the Shipping and Receiving Aid, you will have duties that support both the shipping and receiving departments. These responsibilities are to ensure that there are no stop gaps, and to create a continuous stream of support for those departments.

As the Shipping and Receiving Aid you will be trained in the company software’s of both departments. Providing support in the case of departmental lead’s absence. Additionally on a day-to-day basis you will provide support to both departments and your responsibilities will fluctuate between the two areas.

• Cover / be present in the receiving or shipping area when the lead of either area is in company meetings, or lunch breaks.
