Fleet Maintenance & Equipment Mechanic.
Pro Signs, a national leader and full-service signage manufacturer located in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance & Equipment Mechanic.
In this position, you will be tasked with inspecting, diagnosing and repairing faulty shop equipment, trucks and company wide maintenance issues. You will be asked to handle spur of the moment mechanical issues as well as support preventative maintenance practices. You will also be asked to report and track all maintenance and services that are being performed.
If you are mechanically inclined, have experience working shop equipment, forklifts, commercial vehicles (Boom trucks, cranes, trailers, flatbeds), engines, motors, electrical components, and have a general all around mechanical ability this may be the position for you!
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in fleet and/or equipment maintenance
  • Experience with forklifts and Industrial machinery.
  • Experience with commercial vehicles. (Bucket Trucks, Cranes, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, etc.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must be motivated to work.
  • Must have technical / basic computer skills (Office, outlook, word , excel).
  • Overtime is available.
This is a full time position. Working hours are 6:30 AM – 3:00, Monday – Friday

Purchasing and Procurement Specialist
Job Title: Purchasing & Procurement Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Purchasing & Procurement Specialist to lead our procurement department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality raw materials, machinery, and services essential to our manufacturing operations. You will act as the primary link between our production and project management teams to our supplier network; ensuring that we maintain a lean, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain.
The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator with a thorough understanding of manufacturing workflows and a proven track record of optimizing procurement costs without compromising quality or production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers that align with our quality standards and production needs.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Draft and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Production Alignment: Work closely with the Production and Inventory teams to forecast demand and ensure the timely arrival of materials to prevent assembly line downtime.
  • Cost Management: Implement cost-reduction strategies and conduct regular price analysis to ensure the company achieves the best “total cost of ownership” for all purchases.
  • Supplier Performance: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for vendors, conducting regular audits to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and manage ordering needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on commodity price fluctuations, industry trends, and new manufacturing technologies that could provide a competitive advantage.
  • Production Scheduling and Audits: Work with departmental managers to ensure scheduling is in line.
  • Job Release and P.O. Creation: Issue P.O.’s and Release work orders to production following review.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of procurement experience, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to manage high-stakes negotiations and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Pro Signs, a national leader and full-service signage manufacturer located near Exton PA, is seeking Sign Installers. In this position, you will remove, install, and repair commercial signage, such as building signs, vinyl graphics, and other sign structures for businesses and organizations.
If you are mechanically inclined, have experience working with various building signs, do not fear heights, and have a desire to be a part of a growing team, this may be an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install various types of building signs, vinyl graphics, and sign structures for businesses and organizations.
  • Signage installation on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Ensure the measurement, placement, connection, and installation of signage is precise to assigned standards.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Load and transport signs, tools, and materials to the client’s location.
  • Service and repair signage.

Third Shift Sign Painter

Pro Signs, a national leader and full-service signage manufacturer located in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a Third Shift Sign Painter

In this position you will apply protective and decorative coatings to interior/exterior signage materials (steel, aluminum, plastic, etc.) using industrial spray guns, rollers, and brushes.

This is a third shift position, 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM Monday night – Thursday night

Key Responsibilities and/or Requirements may include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing surfaces, mixing paint colors, and applying even coats
  • Maintaining equipment in a booth setting
  • Ensure high-quality, durable finishes for commercial signage.
  • In the act of low work in the paint department, employee will help in the sign manufacturing departments with training included.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) or airless spray equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of paint types, coatings, and curing times.
  • Attention to detail and a steady hand for precise application.
  • A basic ability to read work orders, blueprints, or sketches.
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working in a spray booth environment.
  • A background in the sign, construction or manufacturing industry is a plus!
