Accounts Payable Clerk
Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company in Downingtown, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to our team.
As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. Pro Signs is supported by a dedicated team of Project Managers, hard-working fabricators and installers and are looking to add a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support by processing
invoices and monitoring expenses to ensure all bills are paid in an efficient and timely
manner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing check requests, as well as weekly check runs
• Disbursing petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation
• Reconciling invoices received by matching the receiving reports
• Confirming approval on invoices received from subcontractors
• Managing expense reports
• Managing check stock
• Managing petty cash fund
• Managing W9’s
• Completing vendors’ tax-exempt forms
• Preparing and issuing forms 1099 & 1096 annually
• Answering phones and greeting in-office guests
• Disbursing petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation

Associate Estimator
Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company based in Downingtown, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Associate Estimator to our team.
As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. As a Signage Estimator for Pro Signs, you will be responsible for preparing estimates and takeoffs for pricing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support submission of accurate and timely bids
- Identify accurate estimates of materials equipment, and labor for a project
- Create accurate estimates for manufacturing and install processes
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Prioritize deadlines of assigned estimates and bids appropriately.
- Work internally with sales, production and design teams to achieve project goals
- Assist in stock parts pricing analysis and audits (bi-annual).
- Assist in RFPs and RFIs
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of the signage industry, principles and materials
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Prior experience in creating manufacturing estimates
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction settings.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be team oriented
- Strong multi-tasking skills, & the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license

Fleet Maintenance & Equipment Mechanic.
Pro Signs, a national leader and full-service signage manufacturer located in Downingtown, PA, is seeking a Fleet Maintenance & Equipment Mechanic.
In this position, you will be tasked with inspecting, diagnosing and repairing faulty shop equipment, trucks and company wide maintenance issues. You will be asked to handle spur of the moment mechanical issues as well as support preventative maintenance practices. You will also be asked to report and track all maintenance and services that are being performed.
If you are mechanically inclined, have experience working shop equipment, forklifts, commercial vehicles (Boom trucks, cranes, trailers, flatbeds), engines, motors, electrical components, and have a general all around mechanical ability this may be the position for you!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fleet and/or equipment maintenance
- Experience with forklifts and Industrial machinery.
- Experience with commercial vehicles. (Bucket Trucks, Cranes, etc.) a plus.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be motivated to work.
- Must have technical / basic computer skills (Office, outlook, word , excel).
